Bill, all options holders benefited .. management and employees alike. If the stock was hammered because a hurricane destroyed a plant, I could see resetting the options. Otherwise, it is up to the company to create more value for insiders and public shareholders alike. SNDK's plan to automatically increase the amount of options each year sends a powerful message. Considering the limited float, SNDK's anti-takeover measures, and an options plan that will put 51% control of the company into insider hands within the next dozen years and what do you conclude?
