IMO, normal mutual funds probably have been buying already. However those mutual funds that specifically track the TSE300 cannot buy BII until they officially become listed.

Hi Johnny:
I have read other posts that suggest that brokerage houses are buying shares for the index funds in anticipation of the TSE 300 listing on the 16th.
