Beyond good because this stuff is all incremental -- it's a no brainer! Look at it this way. you get 125MM - 5MM (depreciation) = 120MM pretax income. At a 30% tax rate that brings down around $85MM to the bottom line. Assuming a multiple on the increment of only 30x earnings that adds $2.5 BB in market cap. You can do the rest of the math.
