Online Investors Advantage would not have sold their company to ZSUN if their accountants and attorneys were not comfortable that ZSUN would continue as a going concern. Online Investors Advantage seems to be an excellent company and I hardly believe that a company that is profitable and planning on revenues of ,000,000 in 1999 would just sell their company to a scam--an organization working out of someone's garage in Solano County. I sent for an investor's package from ZSUN, and was really impressed with the analyst and other professionals who are extremely bullish in this stock. I was a venture capitalist and I know a good business plan and awesome management when I see it. Ziasun is a going concern and I am long on this stock for the next 10 years.
