It's a good idea, we talked about it before. Doesn't have to be even by other methods. Management can easily put together a group to guarantee the rights offering such that they pick up any rights that are not subscribed by the shareholders.

It's even more fun when the Rights are allowed to trade for a few months as "Derivatives" with their own life. The variations are endless.
