It would be. I don't mind if they wait and give us a 3-1 in late summer or something like that. Then I would be happy. Although by then the stock would be at about 250 a share and a 3-1 would bring the price down to about 83 which souds about right. And then back to 100 by the end of the year. I think that will work better.

SG Cowen Challo, this is a fantastic site for research of net companies. They have some interesting things to say about AOL in this issue.
