The point of my post was to illustrate how far off the mark he was.

Regarding Valence's finances, I believe they have the situation under control. I don't feel it is my place to attempt to arrange financing for them as you suggest. If you feel it is appropriate for them to borrow from Mooter, why not phone or E-mail the respective parties to make the arrangements yourself.

If you do, you may earn a finders fee but you will most likely have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, possibly restricing you from trading the stock and posting about it on the internet until the deal is announced.

This may explain why Mooter prefers to just buy the stock on the open market. He should not have to worry about SEC registration (and attorney disclaimers that might be taken out of context) until his ownership reaches 5%.
