Take a chill pill, buddy.

when we were buying this stock in the $20's
it was making $2 per year with a ~10 P/E
Now by it's own admission, TDFX will barely
make a third of that, living with double the
P/E now that it's in the card making business.
Those who bought this stock with it's
"older" expectations, may all be in for
a shock! This is a whole new company, with
new character in a new market situation
where it no longer dominates, and despite
it's card making realignment, we still have
not heard of too many more OEM deals, so
if I ask a question that sounds skeptical,
WELLL EXCUUUUUSSSE MEEEEE !
Chip & I have been posting on this thread
since this stock IPO'ed, so maybe you need
to check your attitude at the door, boy.

Patrick, thanks for reminding me why I'm still in TDFX via STBI. I liked your recent post on investor types since I always think I'm investing long term but check prices daily if not more often. I've got a great 6 month gain on STBI, and, even though I like STBI/TDFX better than I liked STBI when I bought it, the itch to sell and walk is really strong. Your post on types and your recent note to AJ made me rethink my goals and reason for sticking. Don't know what I'll do, yet, but at least I'm thinking instead of reacting. And this is from a holder of DIMD.
Regards,
Harry
PS- I won't mention my CPQ until after Monday. Thank goodness I reduced my position when it was at 49.

Hi Patrick,

You've overstepped your bounds.

We are all in this to make money.

We all invested in TDFX for our own reasons.

First you come out and label people idiots for their investment strategy with TDFX. Then you attack someone for posting questions on SI. I kinda thought that's why we are all here.

I was long on TDFX for over a year. I hit my personal pain point and sold. Guess what, I'm kicking ass with the money I took out of TDFX so I'll take whatever idiot label you'd like to hand out. I don't regret it for a minute. I'm also glad to see TDFX stock price up. Good for you and the remaining longs.

I'm disappointed to see you come out and start blasting shots at people who are trying to make heads or tails of this recent upswing.

Shall we not forget that you had the privelege of some important information before the rest of the general public?

Regards,
Stuart
