IMHO only the answer to question #2 <the market will only believe funds received. Mike's latest post didn't make any commitments to future dates of actual milestone events or even the date of the next release.> is really important and everything else is subsidiary to that: "when will funds be received?"

However, I would revise the forgoing to say: (1) When will regular and continuing monthly or weekly checks start to be received? and then (2) What are your monthly fixed costs and what are your estimated monthly variable costs at 20t/day, 40t/day and 100t/day? When GPGI can answer those questions then and only then will the market start to pay attention. To pay money for PR before that time is to flush it down the drain.

To try to get new blood at this time is bad timing and if accomplished will not make any difference except to drastically increase negative cash flow (I believe that present management does not draw any salary). Does it really matter whether Dick Jensen is CEO or Mr. X is CEO if they are not receiving checks from a refiner?

Nothing will legitimatize GPGI more than a series of checks that are increasing in size.

To worry about the filing of financial statements now is probably putting the cart before the horse. Wouldn't it be much better to wait and submit financials that contain at least one quarter's worth of positive cash flow? That would then mean that an outside auditor reviewed GPGI's statement of income and expense and attested to a positive cash flow. The company at that time could also project increases to production and set forth estimated earnings per share.

Some people here talk about the technical chart being negative. Well why wouldn't it be? Every time GPGI has announced positive assays or samples in the past they have failed to achieve production, so the market doesn't believe that this time will be any different.

Some people here are ticked off that GPGI didn't release information showing the difference between head ore and screened ore. At the moment this information is immaterial and it will continue to be immaterial until GPGI has achieved successful production with that series of checks increasing in size. Once successful production has been achieved, then for purposes of estimating reserves (to determine productive life of the "mine site") the value of precious metals tied back to ore in place becomes important.

Regards,
Bob
