Your second paragraph however I need additional info in order to understand better that point. 1) Name of company you are referring too or trading symbol 2) Current value of share price Now you ask if Franklin can justify additional options. Well I am not in a position to answer that until we see if the company and the employees that are excepting those options instead of todays dollars are correct. Sometimes small companies have to enhance the pot in order to keep the key employees. Look William nobody said this was a slam dunk investment.
