Dear Witchy: OT Re: Dell I think the problem most people have is they view Dell as a seller/assembler/distributor of a commodity item in pejorative terms. They are used to a high tech world and they do not see PCs in the same class as routers and hubs etc. But the mistake they make is in not realizing that Dell is high tech but the manifestation of the technology is in running the business that sells, produces and distributes the commodity.
