We might see a resurgence of military activity by any one of a number of countries to test the system while the US et al are occupied:

Israel - a number of arab countries
China - Taiwan
Iran - Iraq
Iraq - Kuwait
Russia and: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania etc etc etc
Iran - afghanistan
North Korea - South Korea
and on it goes

Various countries bent of getting even with the US in some way, could be a biological release in a US city(s) horrors: Iraq, Serbia, Libya, Iraq, Iran, N Korea and on it goes

The one biggest danger if any of the above events were to come to being could be that the country being pushed too hard may deem it a "have to" retaliation with nuclear force. Certainly, if a biological or chemical weapon is release in one of the NATO countries there would be hell to pay for the perpetrator(s) if they could be identified. It is interesting to note that the US has provided a $2.8 billion dollar budget to counter biological and electronic subtrifuge in the US. Must tell us that the danger is present and real.

Not too cheery a world we have at this time. One of Germany's big errors was to open on too many fronts at the same time, beat them in the end.......dilution is a real and present danger
