Well said. I have much confidence in Dell's future. Yet, I disagree with many on this thread in that I don't think $2000 PCs will be Dell's bread and butter. Nice 25" TVs once sold for over $1000 and now can be found for $225. Dell must (and likely will) adapt to the changing market dynamics (lower priced PCs and lower margins). IMO, Dell will come to rely less and less on PCs for one of their main sources of revenue and profit (I don't think it's their main source now). Thus, all this discussion about how great Dell's PC sales model is will become irrelevant as PCs become like TVs and like calculators.

Dell's future may well depend on storage, servers, etc.
