I expect WCAP to continue to the mid 50's easily. You're just speculating. I haven't seen one bit of evidence indicating that this stock is overpriced. It's just now getting attention, a 2.5 million float, PE under 10, institutional ownership. This things going to fly.
Regarding insider selling, it happens all the time with all the stocks. Look upon any stock and you'll see insider selling. It's not a bad sign, it's part of management diversifying. It's actually recommended for insiders who have a large position of their assets in one investment to sell. See last months Fortune article about Bill Gates, his financial planner is responsible for selling 70,000 shares of MSFT a day as part of Gate's diversification (I'm not sure it's 70,000, but it's a big number).
You mention a negative article, But you said nothing about the favorable article released by the Street.com. You're opinions are clearly one sided.
I think you're just sour from shorting at 30, 42, & 44 and you're trying to talk the stock down so you can cover.

Best regards.

Doug

TH:
Spoken like a true shortseller.
I am a trader, so all of that systemic, broad reaching stuff means nothing to me.
I go for quick hits with well placed stops.
Good luck on your short. You will probably make a few bucks.
I think your entry was a bit premature, however.

Regards,
