Zeus:

The company will always be using Mexican accountants since most of the business is out of the country and the regional accountants don't have representatives south of the border. Are you now making slurs that anyone outside the US is not trustworthy in business and accouting and therefore we shouldn't invest in them?

Now it is the short theory you don't believe. Add up the numbers and what conclusion do you arrive at. You have the information which will tell you that there is undoubtedly a huge short position.

As I said before the important issues is the O/S count and the revenues. Both seem to be relatively unchanged. The story of how the O/S increased is not told. I am as interested as anyone else but I truly believe that the share generating machine is shut down. I would imagine that Colin lost control of company in the early convertible debenture fiasco and then exercised some type of warrents to ensure that he was the majority shareholder. The number of shares in the convertibles doesn't explain the 17.9 mill. However, how we arrived is interesting but not particularly relevant to the future since will now have Bill Harvey on the board and the company soon will be fully reporting. If shares continue to be generated then we're going to be screwed. I have faith that they won't.

Having Colin own the extra shares is probably to our advantage in the long run. He will never want to sell much more than i mill into a squeeze so he can control his company. He is also limited to the quantity of shares he can sell, Last, he will probably call for all his certs. The DTC "chill" maybe the most important thing that happened on Friday.

Zeus,

I agree with what you are saying. Bottom line is the Form 10 is filed. They have gotten it done. Individual investors may be pleased or not, but it is now done.

Personally, I believe the numbers are accurate, irregardless of who did them, as the officers have too much to lose if they are not accurate. Any judgement I make will be based on what they say, not who did them. As for the shorts, if they are caught up, fine....if not, I want my investment to be based on fact not supposition or perception. (Though I agree perception does play a part in price)
