M2: I agree. Back in December when questions arose about deja vu all over again, I said that I couldn't conceive of management so stoopid as to let it happen again, because if it did, the stock would never get out of the toilet. The analysts are going to have a field day with this - after all those "re-its", I'll bet you see some downgrades to outright "SELL THE FREAKIN' THING!" The Street has a long memory. On the positive side, Henry Silverman pulled it off with CD but then he has a little integrity. K
