Thanks Dan, I just read Zekel's post on RB. I am going to research...

this subject further, starting with the post that tied the Socoloske's to DCHT's rent, I saw on RB and report any findings. It may well be that DCHT bought the premises from the Socoloske family and that the shares handed out regularly represent mortgage payments.

Two things puzzle me: why hasn't anyone connected to the Company (eg: H2O)corrected me before on this very subject (mentioned several times in the past) and how did the other Socoloske family members acquire the shares in the first instance, since Zekel seemed unclear on that one.
