I smell $18 before $35. CPQ has puked quarterly since 97. I never learn.

El....Thought #2 CPQ Proxy Statement….Issuance of more shares for Employees. Issuance of more shares shall dilute EPS and therefore dilute the value of our shares. Since the management has demonstrated that they are so concerned with the well being of our investment we should jump at an opportunity to be altruistic and let them dilute our stock, that they helped to increase in value, during this once in a generation Bull Market. INCORRECT THINKING!, GENTLEMEN ---------------------------------------------------- Investor #1, "CPQ has made me a millionaire!" Investor #2, "What were you before?" Investor #1, "A billionaire." ---------------------------------------------------- Then again, these shares could be a carrot for attracting another CEO. (Not a carrot for Harvey) Loki
