I was in this stock from approx US$8 to US$ 21...got out last week before the pullback. Have been keeping an eye ahead of the NASDAQ listing. I see very few folks discussing the actual website. My limited observations are as follows...

1) Selection extremely limited compared to other comparable bid sites.

2) Prices seem ridiculously high...most items I can buy locally in a superstore for less...in some cases for considerably less.

3) Dutch auction concept, at least the way they handle it seems worthless to me. They seem to start at 50, maybe even 100% above local store prices, then cancel the auction with "can't go any lower on this item" as it approaches any kind of deal.

4) I watched the last hour of a dutch auction a week ago friday...approximately 8-10 items if I remember...as far as I could tell not one bid was received on any of them.

5) Bidding activity seems slim to non-existant on most all but technology categories.

The above are observations from visiting the site 5-6 times. I am not short this stock, and certainly not looking to make the longs here angry, but instead looking for reasons to support current stock levels beyond day one of the NASDAQ listing...if that. At a glance, UBID and ONSALE seem to offer much more. I see some initial buying based on a US$ 10-20 internet stock, but have to believe it could sell off with a capitol "B" on subsequent days.
