Geno...now what would have happened to little PNLK had PNLK been reporting? Remember the convertibles at $0.20 for the PP to pay for web site development? Those conversions were at a HUGE discount... Did you have the "concerns and reservations"...? You should have...and you are not wrong continuing to have.... But project some revenues for TSIG as you have had to do with PNLK...for if PNLK was reporting right now..PNLK certainly wouldn't be showing any revenues for last year's 10-k or the 10-q for this first quarter. PNLK is still speculative..So is TSIG... Why aren't you demanding the same disclosure from PNLK? How do you know if PNLK doesn't have additional converts? Why aren't you waiting for PNLK to show revenues? Again you project positively because you understand the b-plan and how this b-plan generates revenues plus signs of acceptance based on alliances and agreements in place... BUT you are still speculating that PNLK will be successful (as is true of many if not most internet stocks) I strongly suggest that TSIG will not have any problem paying off a small PP of only $2.5 mil and won't need the balance of the PP due to revenues from agreements already in place..Now what was the size of PNLK's PP again???? Plus there are interesting "rumors" as always of many agreements....anyway...enough of my "pitch"...please excuse the closing tease. Sincerely, ztect
