hi rick, not sure if i get your question right... do you mean how do you do it when you are not on your mac? the only way i know to activate the screensaver is to adjust the time setting to 1 minute so it will come on in... 1 minute. that what you mean? if so, follow clickstream: right click desktop, properties, screensaver tab, adjust wait to 1. this also permits you to preview other screensavers. sorry, that's the quickest (only?) way i know to activate it. :) mark

anybody know how to activate screen saver in W95 manually? Sometime ago I downloaded several free screensavers that can be started just clicking. I keep a shortcut on my desktop so that I can start my favorite whenever I want. I got most of them from ZiffDavis but it has been awhile. Hope this helps.
