I saw that... it's a shame I own both BYND and DRIV, now they're embattled in this lawsuit... glad I pared off half of each last week... we'll see what comes up next.

hmm. I hadnt seen that. My initial instinct was to be worried but after doing a little research on it I dont think it means a hill of beans to either BYND or DRIV. The whole thing seems a little strange. In any case this news was apparently out on Thursday evening and may have had something to do with the weakness on Friday.
I still think BYND is being accumulated here and could break out soon. As I mentioned before I noticed the same thing in VRIO before it finally broke out.
What worries me the most is the CPQ warning and the markets overall reaction to it. I hope others here are right that it shouldnt effect the net sector too much but I just have a slightly uneasy feeling. Thankfully I am often wrong about these things. 8^)
