He got huffy and left for awhile but like a bad penny keeps showing up. Doesn't seem to have an opinion on Bubba's actions in the Balkans though, just keeps bitching about Reagan and Bush and calling everyone hateful.

thought after the failed attempt to drive Bubba
from office was; "What the heck, Clinton only has
less than 2 years in office, what could he possibly
mess up in that little time"?
