Mark, don't worry about the posts... Perfectly valid and you made some good points.

I agree, M. Dell won't sit still, but he still has to compete in any arena he branches out into. With DELL being a stock market leader in general, any acquision would be accompanied with lots of hype and anticipation of further growth, and would help the stock. These days, money talks. Yahoo bought BCST for a few sheckles. My point is one of risk-reward. An 86 PE is pricey. One stumble and the market is ruthless. Then again, Yahoo is 1200 PE...
