You know Anna don't fight with them ... they came here flaming the stock, then me like they have been doing for 8 months now and it has gone from .75 to a closed bid of 1.125 and 1.25 ask on tiny volume. BTW this is the tightest that spread has ever been I believe.

People that do DD know already the following:

1.) Ewert was not a part of Midland and never has been only that Arcon had rights to his patents and machines.
2.) The lawsuit in June '98 by Ewert clearly shows there was a contract but it was defunct and in Sept '98 Ewert was awarded a judgement of 67M plus 500K damages and attorney fees and the rights to his patents and machines, which he got back the machine in Houston, so all his life's work is his again to do as he wishes plus no interference of his operation from any Nova Gaz affiliates.
3. Mr Pybas and Mr Tate have never been associated or affiliated with Midland in any capacity.
4.) Pierce resigned last year from all his affiliations in any company or shell and made sure it was announced in press releases of each of the companies and he only does contract SEC work now.
5.) Mr. Barbee resigned from Midland in Jan 1998 when Arcon came in and has refused to be a director since.
6.) The results of the octane enhancer are in fact real and have been verified numerous times and the product is being sold to race car drivers.
7.) CNHH is current on their SEC filings, Market guide has a profile and there last filing though it was not pretty it was not bad either.
8.) Unlike Midland CNHH is in the process of doing their own DD amd testing. The results from that will be announced as soon they are available.
9.) There was no leak, front loading or trading for almost a week prior to the news release and the stock was laying on the floor.
10) There is a lot more to CNHH than just this possible acquisition. There is a NORM & NOW environmental cleanup division, equipment rental, and oil production.
11.) I resigned Friday afternoon at 12:00 noon because of the new APril 6 ruling by the SEC, however, I think that an IR should not own stock in a company they speak for.
12.) The website presence is normcleanup.com for those search further DD.

Basically that is it in a nutshell aside from presently 7.4 M OS and 1.4M in the float.

Now anything further should be

:-)

after viewing the likes of what your crew has put out for the last two years, I seriously don't believe I would have anything to worry about....
