Hi Dave: After a little more digging,I do not think AFTN's aquisistion will not be a coffee house. The target is a breakfast type establishment with predominatly western exposure.Also word is that purchase of this company would not require additional financing, therefore I will assume that the company is already listed. A share swap seems to be the way they are going. IMHO the winner is HUMPTYS restaraunt chain, a well run company which was featured in BLSH about 2 years ago. Humptys, when featured was at .42 yet despite good growth,now at least 50 outlets, and profitable is still trading around .40 good luck Brian
