All this "pumping" has worn down SI! I guess this would be a good time to smoke that proverbial cigarette!

OK, joke time...

The chicken and the egg are lying in bed and the chicken is smiling and smoking a cigarette and the egg is upset. The egg mutters, to herself, "Well, I guess we answered THAT question..."
