Kemble, I am honored by your comments. CPQ is feeling the pain, all right. Everything they try seems to blow up in their faces. Nothing they are doing is innovative or worthy of attracting anyones attention or investment dollars. I think that the .15 will include a lot of other charges, write-off and any other bad news they have been withholding in the event the have a "good" quarter, thus my kitchen-sink comment. Nonetheless, Monday will be no fun. Rich
