I will answer two of your questions. The rest others can take.

<(4) How come none of the analysts changed his/her views about IDTC? Many still have "Hold" and even "sell" ratings.

(5) Assuming N2P spins off, what is the value to IDTC? I think $5-$10 per share. How much do you think it is worth?>

Most of the analysts that cover IDTC are restricted and have gone quiet because of their involvement with the IPO. This includes, BT, Bear Stearns, and H&Q. The others with the exception of Kaufman (who seems to hold a personal grudge), have all told me they will upgrade the minute the IPO is announced.

Why? Because when the net2phone and ISP business are spun off, it will immediately increase gross margins in the core business and drop an additional 8-10 cents to the bottom line EACH Q. Also, should IDTC retain 50% of the shares of the spinoff, as is the norm, and the spin off is valued at 2X the core business, as it most assuredly would be. Well, then the value of IDTC shares are increased as well.

Finally, consider this. Without the spinoff and with the current gross margins, the company is fairly and reasonably values based on either price to earnigs, price to sales or price to book at about 28-30

OK, Ill answer two more too:

I didn't mention last time that I did not like your referring to folks here as ultra hypsters. That simply is not true. To hype means to decieve. I think you get intelligent factual analysis on this board and promoting is the strongest word I would use.

As for these two questions.

(2) Do you guys really think N2P is real great? I used it (thru a 56K modem) - it is good, but I'd rather use my POTS. Can you guys tell me what are the possible ways of making N2P a great business?

(3) What does all the deals with YHOO, GCTY, Netscape mean in terms of revenues? Do they really mean much or are they simply there to give more visibility to the stock?

Net2phone sound quality is rougly equivalant to a cell phone. THAT is equal to what is offered in most foreign countries to begin with. Net2phone derives 95% of its revenue from internation calls. The pc to pc net2phone calls are just a small portion of the business. The real future is in the NETWORK that IDTC has built that no one else can duplicate. Do you know that most other phone companies that sell telephony minutes, run them over IDTC's network? This includes even AT&T. The future is in our ability to route phone to phone calls over the internet from any city we have a POP (point of presence) and terminate these calls in Counties where we own the Gateways and/or have favorable termination agreements with the local monopolies.

If you want to know what the netscape deal will do for net2phone. Just consider that it will be available soon to their 50M users nation wide (right on the tool bar). Then consider that we only have about 1.2 million users now.

Net2phones revenues are already increasing quarterly at an astronimical rate.
