First Alert is a NT product. However it will run off a TAL server. I am currently trying to get set up to bypass the TAL server and hook directly into a PC quote Hyperserver(?). I think that's what it will be called. It will significantly increase the speed and reduce my cost. I am concerned that it will not be quite as clean. However the benefit outweighs any downside.

Just as a footnote I know there is(was) an OS2 product but I dont work with it.
