Save the flames. It's a reasonable caveat given the facts.

More than reasonable. They <CYOE> are smart, I'm sure they went "opinion shopping" before they hired their auditor. They've either got someone who they can fool easily or someone who's in bed with them. After we give the auditors the facts and see how they respond we'll know which it is.
