John--- I missed "Meet the Press", but I agree that the stepping- up of ethnic cleansing was predictable, and we should have at least been prepared for the contingency. In fact, I was just reviewing an old Washington Post I had put aside shortly after the bombing began, where the author of an op- ed said what I have said: bomb the troops placed in Kosovo, before they do harm. Plus, we have been totally flat- footed about handling the refugee flows. I actually admire McCain, but Biden wins on this one...
