S Wall, IDT, is having those "growth pains" as was outline in the cc back in January...Part of the problem with earnings back in Jan. was IDT did not have it's network fully operational due to deployment of the XNET switch and "other issues". Demand had out stipped supply and IDT had to lease lines which cut into costs/margins coupled with their Internet division expenses was the reason give for the shortfall.. Once they have the problems solved i.e. network fully operational and the spin of N2P, this will Boost earnings and the grow cycle should continue as their bandwidth increases and as demand continues it's exponential growth IDT stand poised to benefit imho.

cheers

It is very capitol intensive. Remember though, IDTC has 180M in the bank. They also enjoy a B+ credit rating from Moodys. No other competitor in their sector has an equal rating from moodys. IDTc still has the best margins of any competitor and they will only get better after the spinoff.
