In some parts of India, with some sects, they build lavish buildings in centuries past, and abandon them. The first time I read this it bothered me a lot. The first several times. Some of these are 1000 plus years old; just abandoned. Because within the consciousness of the sect there was no such thing as result, or accumulation. They took the oriental thought that it is the way, not the destination ~ they believed it literally, and that was the result. They still wanted to do; to worship. So they built.

I wonder what happens to a society if you approach things that way.

I guess this stuff will disappear.

I doubt anyone's going to look for it.
