Expelling people is not genocide. The refugee situation is a tragedy but that tragedy was initiated by the U.S.. Milosevic WARNED NATO back in October that if NATO started bombing he would ensure that there would be no Albanians left in Kosovo. As I've stated NATO has only turned a bad situation into a disaster. In 20 days Clinton/Albright have only reverted us back to the cold war, caused a terrible refugee situation, and caused greater unrest in the region.
