RE: everyone has a job? I think the job statistics are one of the most grossly manipulated numbers
the feds put out.

Bonnie,

Well, I certainly a sympathetic to anyone who needs job. But speaking purely from the economic perspective...

Whadahellareyatalkingbout?

I don't know what part of the country you are in, but in Texas they are desperate for help in almost any city you go to. I realize that this is a small sample, but isn't your area a small sample to?
I speak to businessmen everyday from all parts of the US and their story is always the same. In fact, this has been going on for quite some time. I recall a survey in Businessweek in 95 where they asked the 100 top CEO's what their biggest obstacle to growth would be going forward. They vast majority said 'keeping qualified people'.

In the tech area, they are hiring people out of high school--before they graduate!--with huge signing bonuses, just like athletes.

You know from the past I have always been a fan of yours, but I guess I am not savvy to your idea that it is tough for people to find jobs...in general, I mean.

B.

P.S. Just how does this job number conspiracy work, and what is your evidence?
