SW: Seems good to me. The important thing, I believe, is to know the time frame of each index and this you have well defined for Index 2 and 3. I am assuming that Index 1 is then for long term holds unless the stock picker suggests a sell? If Index 1 is just for the large percentage gainers, it remains unclear if they've already had most of their run or what the expectations might still be... How do you eliminate from Index 1?

sw: Great idea! I don't know if this is possible, being a relatively new trader, it is sometimes difficult to predict how much potential a stock has.(even after my dd is complete) If the person who is recommending the stock could give a conservative "guesstimate" on the target price, it would be extremely helpful for those of us who are still on the basics.(I know there are a lot of lurkers out there) I feel confident in the people who post here. They seem to know their picks better than anyone else.
