Just noticed something:

Go2Net doesn't own the domain gnet.com. One ends up on a minimalist search page with gnet.com . It has links to several places, including a few Go2Net pages, but mostly to Yahoo and InfoSpace.com pages. The name "GNET" is apparently owned by something called "Galaxy Internet Corporation":

Galaxy Internet is a web hosting service: galaxyinternet.com
