Actually, MSFT benefits the most, IMO. Lower cost of boxes, increasing use of NT, means more licenses for MSFT of the OS and the apps. Hardware, even when done very efficiently like Dell, is a low margin game compared to software.
The net stocks all gain as hardware and connectivity costs drop and more people get online.
