JC, that's a damn good question. I'm not sure anyone knows for sure other than them. I will say that I liked the way the stock traded today. It didn't gap up with frenetic daytrade buying. I think a solid move up like it did today helps establish a higher base with less likelihood of falling back. It would be nice to see a few days in a row of this. I still don't see any indication of a huge short in the way it traded today.

If the question you are waiting for an answer to is how many shares does Colin & family have, the answer is difficult to give. Read the Form 10. In one place it says that they own 4.8M shares with Colin himself holding 2M. In another place it says that they own 61% (at time of filing) of the OS sharecount -- that would mean they own roughly 11M shares. Nobody can seem to figure out how or where Colin & family could have come up with the money to buy over 6M more shares of stock in JAWS.

You will not get many answers from the Form 10, but you should take the time to read it anyway. I hope your Spanish is up to par. Some slogs are using the filing to paint the short squeeze dreamscape in brighter colors. I would bet that the SEC will color it "round filed" and throw it back in the company's face.
