I sure wish the SEC would hurry up with this whole thing... how long does it take?? they have all the info they need.. or should by now... get us all in court and let us all figure out who was wrong and right and who was smart and who was stupid and of course, the whole point: who broke the law. I'll die before they ever get around to putting these people where they belong at this rate.. and from what I've read here... seems many of them went on to be involved with other companies... so somewhere, with some other people.. they are once again raking in the bucks... I sure hope I'm the only one here that had to file Ch7 bankruptcy because of my stupidity in investing in penny stocks... especially when I had no business being here and couldn't afford to lose everything. I'm sorry to anyone that followed what I did. Going back into my closet now with my tail tucked between my legs. jim
