Ref: "there Quick&Reilly division has great online trading."

As a current customer of Q&R On Line, I am thoroughly disappointed in their ability to complete a trade in a timely manor. As a 15-year customer, I migrated my old account into the On Line Services to reduce my cost and work directly on line. Two of three trades were held which resulted in considerable losses. Their delayed explanation advised all orders must be reviewed before release. During the review period, I missed 2 key orders. This review stalls both buy and sell side orders which eliminated the "On Line" advantage.. I'll terminate my account on Friday. I feel bad because services under the old firm were excellent.
