Something from a couple of months ago.

Well Tim, I thought about it and the construction of a synergistic conglomerate by TSIG
will be the end result coming from the efforts of the many parts of the machine being put
into play by TSIG. As the machine starts its many engines and the pulleys and
conveyors pull and move the many parts into harmony, the positive action created
through this melding will greatly enhance the outsourced product and service to the
clientel.

Mr Gordon has said TSIG will not be a Mall simply providing many turn around
products (buy them and sell them). The development of a widely diversified company
with many end produced products done through the cooperative action of discrete
agencies such that the total effect is greater than the sum of the effects taken
independently is the definition of a synergistic conglomerate. This is the obvious direction
of TSIG.

Watch the efforts of Guild and Hwang and Norton and Wine as they begin to input and
implement their knowledge and experience along with their contacts. Gordon has put in
place a team that will be able to take our 2nd generation company handily against the
1st generation behemoths that wallow in the expenses required in the past to attract
customers.

With the development of the multifacited conglomerate coming on line and the further
diversification due in the future along the additional margins available through the internal
construction of a product from many parts TSIG will soon awaken the investment
world.

TSIG has shown that more time is needed to become what it will be than to just say
here I am and this is my product as many other companies do. The ultimate rewards
coming from TSIG therefore are much greater as the construction of a bigger operation
is nearing the operational stage and the continuing planned expansion of this industrial
complex continues.

Watch as the doors are swung open and the "Open for Business" sign is hung for the
public to see and enter. Watch the reaction as the continuing addition of clientel is
announced. Watch the reaction as the resultant earnings are announced. Watch the
reaction as the additional diversification of product availability is enhanced and
expanded. Watch the reaction as the various market shares increase. Watch the
reaction as the these things cause notice from the competition and their flailing attempts
to stop our invasion.

Think of this as the imagination roams.

What if the Silicon Valley division has a grown staff and no indication of business except
TSIG's sites. Do we think that is an overstaffed office? No!! Hwang operates on a
higher level. Be assured he will have things at hand. Watch the development of that
office very carefully.

Now, as the development of sites for TSIG.com and it's customers are being done as a
function of their operational plan, wouldn't it be nice for the grand plan to fall into place
(read the function in the SV PR or point 19).

Also would the development of TSIG.com, as the My Card product line expands, seem
to be working toward a bigger picture? (Points-1-9,13, 14,17) Gee, the My Card
product line with a master site. Would the potential of a My Card Inc self contained mall
seem a likely senerio? I've thought about it, have you? That would place all the My
Card products under one umbrella to be chosen at will and intermixed. Would a master
Card or grouping of Cards seem plausable to be worked within the Mall umbrella? You
bet! The My Card system then rocks and expands exponentially.

Now what could Hwang do to keep himself and staff busy during all this, you ask?
Creating web designs for middle and large corporations. Renting, leasing, selling,
maintaining, and managing them for a growing client list. There could even be a larger
picture for this function as the client list grows and Hwang's operation gathers
momentum.

Always keep in mind the influential contacts Hwang has. These should bode him well.
Further imagine the alliances, clients, and partnerships that could come from these.(15) I
envision the SV division as a larger revenue potential than either of the other divisions,
given time.

Sorry, just thinking a year or so ahead.
Dreaming as usual or.......?
