rudedog, that would be my preference too. The only situation where I as a shareholder would support executive mgmt in a case like this is during a large upheaval in the company or industry, where new plans are being implemented and you have to give those time to work. I don't think Pheiffer and Co. really have anything revolutionary up their sleeve, and thats my real problem.
