News Posted As Reads- Golden Fortune provides joint venture details Golden Fortune Investments Limited GFX Shares issued 7,655,000 1999-04-08 close $0.25 Monday Apr 12 1999 Mr. James Tong reports The company has clarified the details regarding its business arrangement with the Nanjing Orient Communications Equipment Factory in China. At this juncture the company has a letter of intent for a joint venture agreement with NOCEF. The objective is to source telephony intellectual property from outside Mainland China. The agreement is a joint venture between the two companies and covers a broad spectrum to include hardware, software, and conceptual information technology abstracts. To this end, Golden Fortune has identified the necessary hardware to assist consumers wishing to connect on-line to circumvent traditional routes. The hardware testing will begin Monday, April 12, 1999, in the People's Republic of China and will require between 60 to 90 days to completion. Effectively what is required is the equivalent of an Underwriter's Laboratory approval, an Industry Canada Radio Equipment Certificate approval, or a Federal Communications Commission grant of equipment authorization being met. The equipment being certified requires a certain bandwidth frequency to operate on. NOCEF currently has two different frequency licences in place for its role as a manufacturer of wireless communication system, which includes Motorola (China) products to the Chinese Railway Bureau. The Nanjing Orient Communications Equipment Factory has a proven track record with the certification process in China. With respect to Golden Fortune's interest in mining claims situated in the Great Bear Magnate Zone in the North West Territories, the claims are in good standing and all filings are up to date. The company has fulfilled its commitment to the work program of spending $315,000 on or before Dec. 31, 1998. Its next obligation for the phase two work program is to commit $1-million on or before Dec. 31, 2001. Currently, the company is awaiting the final recommendations from the geologist on the next phase work program and management will evaluate the report when received and decide the action plan in due course. As I predicted the stock popped today...Remember I told everyone on this thread it would happen by Tuesday... Now before anyone thinks I play with black magic or tea leaves....It was purely a technical move.. Here are a few tibits.. 1)Original move of stock was from 50 cents to 6.50...Subtract difference and you get 6.00...Many strong stocks will correct at least 50% before continuing their upmove...Half of 6.00 is 3.00..Subtract 3 from 6.50 and you get a pullback to at least the 3.50 area... 2)If you study the fast stochastic(simple) using an 8 period, you will observe the stock corrected the last time when it edged just under the 40 line...Usually, I like to wait for fast stochastic 8 period to move under 20, but sometimes history is a better teacher with the fast stochastic 8 period... 3)My cue of making sizeable profits today on this stock was Monday... I told everyone last night that the stock failed to take out the intraday low from Friday..That was at 3.00...Yesterday we had a low of 3.03...That tells you a couple of things... A)The market maker has got to cover the shorting he has done to cool the stock on its run at 6 1/2..The market maker realizes, he is not able to take the stock much lower, so he covers.. B)Secondly, the value hunters come in..Heh, this is an internet stock from China(profitable) with a great future..I missed it at 6 1/2, what a bargain at 3.00.... The force of these two entities gives us a popper...... 4)On day two of the original pop(not the secondary), I like to look at the closing price and opening price to give me some indication of the pullback area of the stock...It was 2.71 for the open, and 3.56 for the close...Check out 4/1/99... 5)Finally use a 4 period Bollinger band...Where does the 4 period Bollinger give the downside on this one...3.03...Amazing..Heh... Now I can say poppers work effectively even with bulletin board stocks....Poppers is a term I have derived in my own studies.... Regards, Mark
