StockTax uses 64bit arithmetic;
Datek might have rounded in some cases slightly different.
We suggest you go to the actual DATEK htm file with a text processor
(Start/programs/accessories/wordpad)
and adjust one of the net proceeds manually by 6 cents?

Example:
11/03/1998 09:47:58 Bought 70 GM 65 3/8 $4,566.10 $4,055.03 3 C-200-AAAN-1155

Jon, The IRS does not enter "cents" and don't look at them if you enter them.

Actually the level of care IS important, and rounding to the $1.00 is the PREFERABLE way to prepare the income tax return for the IRS.
