Hi Phil, Found this site in regards to ultra wideband. There is one company listed there - Multispectral Solutions, Inc. that seems to have been making ultra wideband products for 10 years now. Not sure if they are public either though. Another company mentioned is Qualcomm. <<A few days later the impulse radio equipment was also successfully demonstrated at Qualcomm, Inc., in San Diego. At about the same time a proposal was sent to NSF by Profs. Scholtz, Choma, and Willner to equip a laboratory which could support wideband propagation measurements, custom chip design for wideband radios, and testing of radio equipment.
