That is right. They are shipping to williams this week, and have several customers lined up. I don't know who is underwriting yet, all I know is they moved to Chelmsford in a new office, and need capital for expansion. All, the old Cascade engineers are working there. I know that they want to expand like crazy, and want $$$ and I presume that an IPO will get them that. Will let you know if I find out anything. Have you ever looked at GBLX (Global crosssing). Check out this weeks forbes there is an article of the use of fibre optic cables, expansion plans etc. Bodes well for SDLI, UNPH, & ETEK.
