Serg, the buy sig for me was on 3/25, Friday pulled through that all important DJ mag line so I am semi bullish. Long term trend needs to pull around here, so I am still in the day by day mode.

I do not have volume so that would need to be looked at also. Hmmm Douger, does AOL have vol for the RUT?

Did you see the article in the NYTIMES Sunday business section about defense stocks - that they were severely depressed as a sector - that Clinton/govt would be spending big bucks in the next 2/3 years on ammo, planes, etc.
ATPX should benefit from it. M
