Compaq is toast. They screwed up big time buying DEC. DELL is eating their breakfast, lunch and supper. Because they are on NYSE, every non-tech guy on Wall Street thinks techs are in big trouble, now, because of CPQ. Just another great buying opportunity for us. But, stay the heck away from CPQ.

The cpq news was a real puke. It was the way it was handled which is almost funny. They
will be infamous for this.If I was a big Dell follower, I'd be buying every share I could
get on a dip. I don't agree that everyone is hurting everyone. Dell is destroying the
field.Someday they may have to talk to the justice dept after they have 70% market share.

I have a little time to watch the trading of DELL since I own some. It is possible at days end that DELL may not be down for the day. There is a appearance of buying on the dips. True with the Inets too.
